We act as a central point of contact, ensuring alignment, operational continuity, and structured business development.
We manage and coordinate on-site business activities aimed at developing and strengthening commercial relationships. This includes the organization and support of participation in trade fairs, industry events, and structured on-site B2B meetings with distributors, importers, and strategic partners. Our role is to facilitate meaningful interactions, ensure effective coordination before and during the events, and support follow-up activities to maintain continuity in relationships.
