DelDuca, an Italian led wall manufacturer serving the domestic market, engaged Göllmann to strengthen its supply-chain strategy by leveraging the Chinese manufacturing ecosystem. While all commercial activities are concentrated in Italy, the project focused on optimizing sourcing, cost structures, and supplier reliability through China as a strategic production hub. Göllmann conducted in-depth analysis of Chinese suppliers, manufacturing capabilities, and value-chain configurations, supporting DelDuca in evaluating localization and vertical integration options aligned with Italian market requirements. The engagement resulted in improved cost efficiency, enhanced supply-chain resilience, and stronger coordination between Italian headquarters and Chinese manufacturing partners, reinforcing DelDuca’s long-term competitiveness in its home market.
